When it comes to baggage, what you can and can't take with you will depend on which airline you're flying with. Each airline sets an allowance on quantity, size and weight. If unsure, check with your airline.
When arriving at Albury Airport, follow the sign to where you can pick up your baggage. Currently the we're expanding so during June - December, there will be a temporary baggage collection area at the front of the airport. More information about the Albury Airport Expansion If you require a wheelchair or other assistance on arrival, contact your airline prior to your flight. We have trolleys available free of charge. These are located in the arrivals area.
Over sized baggage
Over sized baggage can be collected from the baggage carousel, however if it's too big for the carousel, it will be brought to the arrivals area by an airport staff member.
All enquiries relating to baggage should be directed to the airline check-in desk.
All baggage, other than what you take on-board with you, must be checked-in with your airline to be weighed and screened.
Most airlines will allow you to take hand luggage with you on to the aircraft, however there are restrictions on weight and contents.
Our best advise is to check with your airline on what you can take and what goods can be packed.
You can drop-off and collect your pet from the western end of the terminal building, adjacent to the staff car park.
Please check with your airline for specific requirements to prepare your pet for travel.
