We’re here to help. Our Customer Service team is available for scheduled flights in and out of Albury,

At Albury Airport, the health and safety of our customers and team is and always will be our top priority. Please remember to stay home if you are unwell. We’ve taken significant steps to reduce the contact you may have with other travellers. We’re also providing hand sanitiser stations and maintaining a high frequency of cleaning, particularly around common touchpoints.

Enquires office

The Albury Airport Enquires Office is located between the end of the check-in desks, and the security clearance area. Staff can assist you with enquires in relation to facilities at Albury Airport.

All enquires in relation specifically to flights must be direct to your airline.

Car key and carpark ticket holding service

Our enquires office has a free car key and carpark ticket holding service. You can leave your keys and ticket under lock and key within the enquiries office until they are ready for collection. You can also use the service to drop off keys or a ticket for someone else.

The person collecting the keys and ticket will need to produce ID and will still need to pay for the costs of the carparking.
