Uiver Café and Bar sources many of its ingredients and products locally including wines from Rutherglen, King Valley and Kiewa Valley and craft beer from Beechworth. Soy, almond and lactose free milks are available.
Uiver Café and Bar is named in tribute to the story of the DC2 Uiver rescue in Albury in 1934.
