Before you fly

To make your travel as seamless as possible, it's important to get in touch to arrange any special requirements.

Let your airline know

To make your travel as seamless as possible, when making your travel arrangements it's important to advise your airline or travel agent of any special assistance that you may require.

The airline or travel agent will then make any necessary arrangements, for example, book a wheelchair or reserve a specific seating requirement for a guide dog.

Please note: You may be required to obtain a medical clearance and fill out a medical clearance form. This should be presented at check-in with the airline.
